About:China Transit Visa

Hi,

I have an Indian passport and am flying back from Delhi to Sydney with China Eastern with a 10 hour stop-over in Shanghai, do i need a visa if I want to go outside the airport to have a look around?

Yes, you have to apply for a China transit visa in advance for that.
