About:China Visa Application in USA

Need to apply for a visa for my 13 year old daughter going to China this July, 2011, to visit friends. Which one do I go to? Best travel agency to do this?

You should apply for a China visa for her from the Consulate General of China in Chicago. If you can't go to the consulate in person, you can just mail your application to the visa office there, no need to apply it through a travel agency.
