About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

it is djbouti embassy or both of them? does also nairobi embassy doesn,t require bank statement and resident permit ? I am going to study in china for 5 year plz reply me and thaks for your quik reply ms miles

I'm afraid you are not able to apply fot the China visa in nairobi where is only Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office who may only deal with economic affairs.
