About:Xuancheng Travel

Visiting China 15-29 September, 2011 and visiting Beijing, Xian, Shanghai and Yangtze River. What will temperatures be and what clothes would be suitable. Do we need umbrellas/raincoats?

It's the time of early autumn. It's getting cooler and cooler. In Beijing, Xian and Shanghai, you may need long - sleeve blouse in the morning and in the evening. In the late afternoon, if it's very sunny, you may feel a little hot. So, T shirts are also necessary.Rain sometimes happens but not frequently. You'd better prepare an umbrella. Of course, if you forget that, you may buy one in China. It's not expensive. The most cheapest one that I saw costs about 10 Chinese yuan. What I want to emphasize is that it's quite windy on the cruise ship. Although it's not cold, still you should prepare one coat to prevent from the wind.
