I am french and have 6 months toutism visa, and every 30 days i need go HK one time to pass the border and have another 30 days.I live in Shenzhen now, rent house and have project but i arrive the 27 November 2010 and i make mistake because i think 3 months and not 90 days, so i want pass border this sunday but ohh surprise overstay 2 days..so police officer tell me i need pay in BSP, ok i accept i apologize i pay and they tell me i need wait next wednesday to have new visa 10 days and they broke my old visa..Is my first time overstay and bad mistake, so my question is : is it possible to ask another visa in HK or i am going to be blacklisted with star on my new visa..i ask agency they tell me 50/50 but it depend on what??? more or less 10 days?people tell me if you have star not good for ask another, so i waiting to know...thanks for your responses.
