About:China Customs Declaration

MY DAUGHTER AND SON ARE STUDING IN CHINA UNIVERSITY .SHALL THEY BROUGHT READY MADE MEAL SPICES AND SWEET WITH WORTH LESS THAN 2000 CYN AND DO NOT REQUIRE ANY CUSTOM CLEARANCE

No, they do have to make a declaration since they will take so much. By the way, there may be limitation for cooked food on the flight.
