I'm born in Hong Kong and holding an SAR passport. I'm now working in Singapore. May I know if I can renew my passport on-line?

You can submit your passport renewal application to Chinese embassy in Singapore, and they will send it to HK Immigration department. Or you can mail your application direct to the Immigration Department in Hong Kong. Please note that the latter option will require you to present the originals of the supporting documents and collect your passport in person at an Immigration Office in Hong Kong. Online application is also applicable if you can pick up you passport in person in HK.
