If me and my friends take one of the tour package for 4-5 persons, will the tour guide speaks Indonesian?

There are few Indonesian-speaking guides in China. Their service quality is not so good and their charge is higher than that of English-speaking guide. I suggest you hire English-speaking guides, since they are more professional and experienced.
