Hi, I will have a short trip to Taipei and Yilan on 12 ~ 16 March 2011. Should I bring thick jacket? or just wear a thin jacket will do? will it very cold when sprinkles? Thank you.

A thin jacket will do since the average temperature in march in Taiwan is about 14~21C. The weather is mild and comfortable.
