Hi, I'm planning to go either Christmas 25/12/2011 or Chinese New Year on 20/02/2012. Do you open during this festival? Do all the cartoon characters will be in place during the holiday season?

Do you mean disneyland? As I know, the disneyland is open during the Chistmas and Chinese New Year.
