You can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui Station - A1 to Tsuen Wan Station-B2. Then transfer to bus NR331 from Tsuen Wan (layby at Sai Lau Kok Road westbound outside the Tsuen Wan Station Multi-storey Carpark Building) to Ma Wan (south end of Pak Yan Road near the Fire Station). Then you can walk to Noah's Ark.
From Noah's Ark to the peak, you can take NR331 to Tsuen Wan, then take MTR Tsuen Wan line to Central. Then transfer to bus 1 to get to the peak.
