About:Hong Kong Travel

1. How much is an ordinary Octopus Card for adult and child? What is minimum top-up value after finished the value? Can it be refunded when leaving Hong Kong?

2. I will be landed HKIA @ 5:25pm and staying at Casa Hotel, how to get to the hotel the easiest and cheapest way? How much would be the fare?

3. Where can I purchase promotion/discounts Disneyland and Ocean Part tickets for my family of 4? Can it be arrange with Hotel or travel agent? Roughly can save how much?

4. How do we get there from Casa Hotel based on our itinerary and the cheapest way?

1. Both of the ault and the child cards do ask for a deposite of HKD50. When you rent the card for the first time, HKD100 should be added to an adult card as well as HKD20 to the child card. When you leave from Hong Kong, both of the deposite and the balance in the card could be refund. HKD7/card will be charged if you return the card in 7 days.
2. From the airport, you could take bus A21 and get off at Man Ming Lane, Nathan Road. The bus fare is HKD33/adult.
3. You could purchase the discounted tickets via some local agency, or online in advance.
4. Day1: both of these two places are located in walking distance from the hotel
Day 2: From the hotel, you could walk to the Yau Ma Tei metro station and then take metro to Tung Chung. Here, you could walk to take the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. The Disneyland could also be reached by metro. Suggested that you visit the official website of Hong Kong MTR.
Day 3. Walk to the Ladies Market and then take metro or bus down to Tsim Sha Tsui, where the Clock Tower, Avenue of Stars along the Victoria Harbour could be visited. At night right here, you could see the Symphony of Lights.
Day: Take metro to Admiralty and transfer to bus 629 to the Ocean Park. As tour ends, take the bus back to Admiralty and walk to take the tram up to the Peak.
5. So many large shopping plaza in Hong Kong. In Tsim Sha Tsui, you could go to the Harbor City, SOGO and DFS.

1. If my kid is 6 years and 4 years olds. Do they need to buy MRT/Bus tickets in Hong Kong? If so, how much is the fare, i.e from Airport to Casa Hotel and those itinerary places.

2. Any cheaper travel pass other than Octopus card in Hong Kong for 5D4N?

3. Can you recommend local travel agency for selling discounted tickets for Disneyland and Ocean Park?
