About:Beijing West Railway Station

Can I buy the tickte not starting from Beijing at Beijing West Railway Station?

Is it possible at Beijing West Railway Station to buy a ticket for the trains which does not start from Beijing. For example ticket from Jiexiu to Xian, from Xian to Nanjing, from Nanjing to Huangshan.

Yes, you could do this. However, take Xian to Nanjing for example, the train's first station, namely departure station, should be Xian.
