About:Dining in Guiyang

I need to travel from Jinan to Qingdao. Is the train the best way? If so, can I make a reservation in the U.S.? Is there an English speaking phone number to call?

I think D train is the best way. It takes only less than 2.5 hours from Jinan to Qingdao. No English speaking phone to call for booking from the Railway office. Maybe you could book from this web: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/ .
