I am planning to go Harbin in Apr 7 until Apr 11.
Will there still ice sclupture or everything else? i didnt expect the snow but at least some event going on? anyone knows?

No ice sculpture and no even going on till April.

Welcome to Harbin! For information, the outdoor ice sculpture are melted in April, however there are some other wonderful events still going on in April in Harbin, such as the Indoor Ice Festival, Siberian Tiger Park, Sofia Church, Central Street, etc. Take Indoor Ice Festival for example, that is the largest indoor ice carving exhibition in the world with the total space of 5,000 square meters. The Indoor Ice Festival opens from the beginning of March to the end of November. There are more than 100 colorful and illuminated icy masterpieces available inside the ice palace which the temperature drops to 10 degree below zero all year around. I am sure you will enjoy it.
