About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm confused as to what form to use. The ones on this site are long (4 pages) the ones on the consulate site (for Los Angeles) and the Chinese Embassy are 2 pages long. Which one? I'm referring to the L Visa for tourist. Here on the site, that is form v2011A.

4 page Form V2011A is newly released application form for China visa. And the old one is also ok for use until end of June, 2011. But here I suggest you with the new form, and if you will apply for China visa in a third country, you are required to fill both V2011A and V2011B.
