About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Good Day!

My husband is a Chinese national born here in the Philippines, both parents abandoned them when my husband & his siblings were kids & their parents nowhere to be found. He is now 36 years old, is there a way for him to have a Chinese passport?

Honestly in the world rankings the philippines passport is ranked higher than the chinese passport. filipinos can visit more non visa countries than chinese passport holders.
