About:Where to Buy in China

Planning visit to Shanghai/Beijing in May, which is the better of the two that I will be able to find quality clothing/bags at discount prices for resale.

I think either is good, since they are both metropolitans of China where are full of big shopping malls, branded stores and wholesale markets.
