About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I have friend who wants to go back China without any ID such as passport... Would you please tell me what he can do? Thank you!

your friend need contact Chinese embassy/consulate over the area he live for a temporary travel document or make a passport renewal. Without any ID, he can not go back to China.
