how much is the rate of taxis in hongkong? thank you!

Flag-down rate for prior 2km of red taxis is 16HKD and 13.5 for green taxis. Then 1.5 or 1.3 for every 0.2km (0.12 mile) or one minute waiting. Blue taxis is the same with the green one.
