About:China Consulate in Houston

Hi - thanks Ms. ENID. Although my father was born in China and currently holds a US Passport, he doesn't have a Chinese Passport. Is there anything else that he might need to present to the Consulate? He doesn't even have a birth certificate. I think these documents (Chinese passport ahd birth certificate) were lost when his parents passed away. Any thoughts welcomed!
