About:Dual Nationality

Hi, I would like to know is it possible for me and my husband to get a divorced here in China, we got married here.I'm here in China working and he is in Fiji working.
Is there a way to go about doing that, but he cant come back now?
PLease help.

I think you can divorce through the Fiji Embassy in Beijing. You'd better find a lawyer to enquire about this.

Thanks Bruce, Yes I have already checked with the lawyer, but the cost doesn't add up at all, they told me 10000RMB.
I just need a notarial letter from my husband and a compound letter from my side as far as i know and then i can go to court.
Do you happen to know of the legal fee here for this ?
