Hi,we are traveling March 12 to 27th, do we need a train reservations in advance? We will be traveling between Shanghai, Beijing and Xian. Is it safe? What class ticket do we need to buy?thank you!

It is fairly safe since Shanghai, Beijing and etc. are some big cities in China. You could check the train schedules and seat type on the website first. If you take an overnight train, soft berth is the best choice. Since train tickets between Beijing, Shanghai and Xian are always under great demand, you’d better book them in advance.
