Hi, I'm an Indian working in Shanghai, China. My wife is pregnant and for her due date she needs her Mother and Sister to take care of her during Pregnancy. My Questions are,1.Can my wife relatives can apply for a Family visit visa with a validity of 6months?2. What proof do I have give as a ongoing relationship with my Wife relatives, can a Ration card/Birth Certificate will be ok?Thanks,Arun

They can apply for a family visit visa to China, but possibly, they can only be issued a visa with duration of 30 days in general. But it can be extended at your local PSB in China. You can send them your invitation letter, copies of both your passports, work visa or residence permit in China and possibly, your marriage certificate is needed if necessary.
