Please let me know how I buy these train tickets from you and where I pick up the tickets.

You could submit an online booking enquiry on the website first and they would reply you the quotations and other details in email. After tickets issued, they will deliver them to the hotel address you filled in the booking form. Besides, from Jinan to Beijing, you’d better choose to take the train D40 starting from Jinan train station.
