Im thinking to go taiwan maybe first week of June for my pre-wedding ... wondering is it the best time ?

Generally speaking, it is OK for you to take your pre-wedding photo at that time. In fact, April or Nov is the best time instead of June, in my opinion. It is hot and humid in Jun with much rainfall. It is not the ideal time.
