Question

sir,i am holding z visa of china and working for government college in qingdao as a teacher but my family circumstances has been changed and i came  back to my country and couldn't fulfill the 10 months contract.my employar said if i will not return back to job they will make me black list in chinese immigration system and am not able to return china for the coming 5 years in other words they put band on me for entering in china.do you think it is possible, my employar can do that??????????please guide methanking youjazz

if you started working for them and got your residents permit in your passport, your employer can and will cancel your work permit without your passport. It is difficult to do so, and to make you black listed as well in Immigration System.
