The 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR, Light Rail and MTR Bus (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations) will begin with the first journey means what? just asking if we depart at 10/10/11 7.00pm at hong kong then if i buy 3days pass, i use the airport line to tsing yi then i buy normal ticket to tsim sha shui and i start using the card next day, will this pass valid for 3days on 11/10/11 to 13/10/11? can anyone pls tell me....

It means that you can use the card for those ulimited travel on MTR within the 72 hours after the your first use of the card.
