About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

Hi, I'm from Ireland. If I have all the necessary documents, can I apply for a student visa in Hong Kong instead of in Ireland? If so, how long will processing take?

I think you can have it in Hong Kong and it need 4 working days. You can ask faster procedure with paying more money.
