It is said that the draught for years in the end is an direct reason why the peasants uprose. Separatist regimes by force of arms is also an important reseason. The separatist rule was getting serious after the Anshi Rebellion. An and Shi refers to two generals in charge of the military of the whole country. They are not Han nationalities. Overtrust on those people made Tang in deep danger.
