About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

Dear Sir,
Please I have just been invited by my trade partner to China and I don't clearly under visa application requirement as contained in no 2.about the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation"
Is the 'Duly Authorised Unit' a Chinese government agency or a unit of the inviting company?

The invitation letter for F visa should be issued by a Chinese government agency, that from your inviting company is not sufficient.
