About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi,
I would like to visit Shenzen just for tourism purpose and want to stay there for two nights. Is it posible for me to get visa on arrival from Hongkong. Do you think it is better to apply for chinese visa in India itself. Appreciate your quick answer. Thanks.

Shenzhen Visa on Arrival for indians is not true.
I have previously taken a 5day Shenzhen tourist Visa on arrival.
So again I arrived in Shenzhen on 23rd February2011 at LoHu direct from the airport. I was told by the immigration officer at Lohu that Indian Passport holder- Shenzhen Visa on arrival was no longer available for Indians. That I should go to Hongkong- wanchai and get a new China Visa before coming to China. Thus I wasted 3days in Hong Kong and spent 3times more to get a Rush service China Visa before I could enter.

You can apply for a Shenzhen visa at Luohu port. But if time is enough, you'd better apply in India.
