goodmorning i have a request i am having hard time conecting the xian jaiotong university account the agancy code is invalid please advice me what to do?should i post my mail my documents or should i go through china scholership council online web?
plz guide me

The number of that school is 10698. Is that valid? I think you should mail the document to Chinese Embassy in your country. China Scholarship Council seems not accept indivual application.
