You could go to Yi Xin Vegetarian Restaurant which is located at 4F, China-Thailand International Plaza, 161, Linhexi Road, Tianhe District. It is not far from Guangzhou East Railway Station. There are also many others vegetarian restaurants in Guangzhou.
