CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT I ONLY NEED A PASSPORT TO GO TO HONGKONG AND NOTHING ELSE EXCEPT MY TICKET

seems so, I went to Hong Kong with my passport and return ticket last year. But I saw some others are required hotel reservations or bank accounts when entry, I think it may be different from nationalities. Good luck.
