About:China Embassy in Thailand

I saw some answers that German and other EU citizens can apply for Chinese visa in Thailand normaly. I ask why i got answer that my aplication will be denied (if i ask for visa on my trip in Thailand) when Germany and Slovenia share same EU regulations.

That is not ture, sir, you can try to apply for China visa in Thailand. But the final decision will be made by visa officers from the embassy.
