About:Dalian Travel

Hi,

This is the first time I'm travelling to Dalian, China.
Can some tell me how easy is to get a sim card or phone card for mobile? If I can find something which can offer me discount to Indian calls?
Also I need to buy clothes as per Dalian's weather, which is the best store where I can find reasonable prices?

You can choose proper package products of the China communication office to enjoy some special discount. For shopping Qingniwan area close to Dalian Railway Station is a good place.
