About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I'm finding it difficult to obtain information from your website in relation to the cost of various visas and wonder if you can assist me?
My husband and I, who both have Australian passports, will be travelling to Shanghai arriving on a cruise ship on 27 April, departing 28 April. We're anticipating disembarking and embarking the ship a number of times during its stay in port. I'm aware that each time we disembark we are on Chinese territory and when we return to the ship, we have left Chinese territory. However, we're not clear about which visa to make application for, Single, Double, or Multiple as we'd like the freedom to come and go to and from the ship as we wish.
Many thanks

You both need multiple entry tourist visas to China if your ship will stop in different cities of China during cruise. visa fee is about AUD 118 per visa under regular service.
You can read more details from https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/australia.htm
