About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

I am planning a trip to China with a friend. He lives in Bermuda where there is not Chinese consolate. If he gets all the documents together and sends them to me can i get him a Visa when i get mine in Toronto?

You can have a try to apply for China visa for your friend, but I can't 100% sure that you will get it for him. Your application will be accepted and processed.
