About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Thank you for your replied Ms.Eliot. Thats mean that I have to apply china visa from Indonesia, is it? What if in my pasport I still have multy entry visa to cina with valid for 6 months, but for some reason I quit my job after a month application. Is my visa still valid and I still can enter Hong Kong again? Is it posible I can get spouse visa from my husband after I get marriage later and apply from Hong Kong? Thank you.

If your passport has multiple-entry visa to China valid for 6 months, you can still go to China, your visa is still valid and you can still enter Hong Kong because Indonesia nationals are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 30 days.

However, once your China visa expires, you can't enter Mainland China again.

After marriage, you can apply for tourist visa for family visit, but you'd better apply for the visa in Indonesia, in Hong Kong, your application will be denied
