About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Thank you Mrs Betty for your reply. I have been living here for the past 5 years and more than 9 months/per year. We bought an apartment (our second) and I have my retirement payout from CPF Singapore every month. Will I be qualify to apply for permanent resident permit.

You can go to the Public Security Bureau of the city where you live to submit the application, it takes 6 months for processing.
