applications for scholarship and university admission is same or different?i mean is there is different applications for admission and scholarship or same when we are using online method to apply for Chinese government scholarship?

Scholarship application is just part of your university application if you want to study in China through sholarship. In other words, scholarship application requires more documents and higher conditions than just a university admission application.

I'm afraid not. Scholarship is specially set up for students' learning in the universities. You are not able to get it if you won't study in a Chinese university.
