Scholarship application is just part of your university application if you want to study in China through sholarship. In other words, scholarship application requires more documents and higher conditions than just a university admission application.

So, is that OK with just my scholarship application? no need to other applications like other countries?

I'm afraid not. Scholarship is specially set up for students' learning in the universities. You are not able to get it if you won't study in a Chinese university.
