About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm malaysian and Singapore PR. Can i apply VOA to shenzhen at hong kong-shenzhen customs for visit?

If you have never been to China, it is hard for you to get a VOA at the border of Shenzhen. It is possible for you to obtain a VOA if your stay in Shenzhen for less than 5 days and you have previous entries to Mainland China.
