Your wife has to submit the passport application to China embassy in Singapore in person, the below documents are required: 1. Chinese passport application form 2. two color passport size photos 3. her Chinese passport and photocopies 4. Singapore PR and its photocoy It takes 10 workings day, the fee is 95 Singapore dollars.
