About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Ma'am / Sir;

Good day!

My company is planning a company outing to China this coming April or May 2011. Individually we applying for our visas, the surname in my passport is when I was single. I am already 3 years married, but I have used my passport once. My question is can I still use my passport under with my single/unmarried surname? What are the documents that I can provide together with my passport as proof of my identity? I have a limit time to renew my passport due to new procedures of DFA.

I hope I can receive a feedback as soon as possible.
