About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

can u pliz sent me list of universities that i can apply to, so that i can learn chinese and acquire certificate of HSK, before i continue with my master.

I think you have to learn Chinese in a university or trainning college in your local place to get the HSK certificate, with which you can go to study in China.
