About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

Hi,
I have to make a chinese visa for my boss who lives in Belgium but he is Argentin.
Can I obtain the Visa at Belgian Chinese Embassy?

Yes, you can apply for Chinese visa for your boss at China embassy in Belgium if he hold Belgium work permit or residence permit.
