Im curently working in Hong Kong as Domestic Helper, and my boyfriend (Deutch))working in China.At the moment I can apply visa to china with my bos permition from time to time to visit my boy friend.No problem at all.What I need to ask is, if I dont work in Hong Kong anymore, can I still apply visa to China from Hong Kong and join him in china if I already marriage to him? He is a China visa multy entry holder only. Thank you for your kind answer.

if you don't work in Hong Kong, you can't apply for China visa from Hong Kong.
