hello i had made a purchase on february 7, 2011 i was given a tracking number as RR878170171CN last i checked it says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment Foreign International Dispatch, February 13, 2011, 12:15 pm, BEIJING, CHINA PEOPLES REP it is now February 23,2011 and it still shows the same thing preparing shipment. can someone please help.

According to my experience, wait a few days. 'RR' refers to a lower parcel. I think the parcel has left and on the way to the destination.

Yes, China post can take a long time. I finally received a parcel on Feb. 25 2011 when I ordered it on Dec 07 2010. It is probably still in China because they have huge amounts of parcels to deliver and they do not have enough cargo planes to US. I understand its hard, but you have to be really patient.
