About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi!
I just want to ask something. Can i apply for a business visa in china even i have been overstayed there before? Is it going to affect my application?
Can you give me some advice?

It is hard for you to get a business visa in China if you have been overstayed in China before. It affects your application.
